SiaoLand

The Land of A Boy Name siaoboi...

Think I had gain a pound or more yesterday due to all those eating! *screaming my head off*

During dinner, actually I wanted to bring Shawn and Loi to Maxwell to have our dinner, but I went the wrong way and we ended up in Lao Pa Sat! So we had no choice but to dine there.

Then I saw something I had yet seen before in my life! Duck Satay! (Ok I might sound like a mountain tortoise, but that's something new to me!). Since I had never taste duck Satay before, so I ordered 2 sticks to give it a try. It doesn't taste like any ordinary duck meat which you eat outside and it don't taste like chicken at all, but it's nice I have to admit.

After dinner we went home because Shawn and Loi will be having a game of soccer with my other friends, not being a soccer fan, I went home to rot! In the end I use the rotting time to clear up my desk and now there are piles of books and papers left stand in my living room. (Should I burn them? *MUHAHAHA*)

Not long later my uncle and aunty called me and invited me out for supper! It will be rude if I reject them right? *evil grin* Never did I expected that he will bring me to the place which I have wished to dine in! It's the Hong Kong Cafe @ East Coast; they serve lots of Hong Kong style cruise which I had really wanted to try out! Enough of said, let me introduce some of the cruise I ate there yesterday!

French Toast.jpg
Had this French Toast, it's deep fried bread eaten with honey, yummy!

HK Famous Pineapple Bun
How could I miss out their famous Pineapple Bun (Bo lou Pao)?

HK Cafe Instant Noodle Dry
I had this 丁面, although they used instant noodle, but their special sauce made it prefect!

Char Siew Noodle
My uncle had this Char Siew Noodle, although I didn't get the chance to try it, but by looking at the way of how my unlce indulge in it, I assume delicious too!

Glutinous Rice Ice Cream
For dessert, my uncle ordered this Glutinous Rice Ice Cream With Coconut Pudding. The coconut pudding was hidden underneath the black glutinous rice! The taste was great, not so sweet, just nice!

And of course not forgetting their famous "Yuan Yang" drink (Coffee mixed with tea)!
